Apprenticeship On-the-job Training
All apprentices have full employment status and are paid rates set by the appropriate Joint Apprentice Board (JIB). Your pay will vary depending on location, travel allowances, overtime and experience. But most importantly, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced craftspeople who take a real interest in you.
A JTL Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in partnership with Thorn Electrical Services is the ideal way to qualify as a skilled electrician. The Apprenticeship takes approximately four years and is divided between attending college for the theory elements and on-the-job practical training and experience with Thorn Electrical Services. With a proven track record in training provision, JTL continues to deliver the majority of all NVQ Level 3 certificates across England & Wales.
